Which regions of Türkiye do you serve?
Our headquarters is in Ümraniye / Istanbul. We provide fast on-site service across the Marmara Region, and — through our field service team and business partners — nationwide installation, maintenance and calibration coverage, including Istanbul, Kocaeli, Bursa, Ankara, Izmir, Adana, Gaziantep, Konya, Kayseri, Samsun, Trabzon and Antalya.
Can a demo or sample analysis be arranged before purchase?
Yes. We run feasibility studies with your own samples in our application laboratory and share the results report before you make a purchase decision. On-site demos can also be arranged for suitable models.
Do you provide IQ/OQ/PQ qualification services?
Yes. For customers in regulated industries, we prepare and execute installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ) and performance qualification (PQ) protocols, and deliver complete documentation for use in GMP/GLP audits.
What is your service response time in case of a breakdown?
For critical breakdowns we help first through remote support and, when needed, on-site intervention, as a priority.

What information do you need to prepare a quote?
Sharing the sample matrix you want to analyze, the target parameter and detection limit, the daily or monthly sample volume, and any applicable standard method speeds up the quoting process. With this information we will send you a technical configuration and price quote.
Do you provide training for the instruments supplied?
Basic operator training is included as standard after every installation. Advanced application, method-development and software training is scheduled on request, either on-site or in our application laboratory.
What is your delivery time for consumables and spare parts?
Delivery time for consumables and spare parts depends on the item and stock status; the lead time is confirmed in writing at order approval.
